Letshealth is an online reservation system that offers its users a platform where they can share their experiences about overseas treatment packages (clinics, hotels, tours, etc.), their contents and all medical travel services.
1.Service Scope
1.1. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time and apply to all of our services provided directly or indirectly (ie through third parties) via the internet, mobile devices, email or telephone.
1.2. By using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, in addition to the privacy policy, as well as the cookies policy.
2. Services and Contract
2.1. On the Letshealth website, it is possible to view the contracted overseas treatment packages and make online reservations through the Letmedi system.
2.2. These reservations and their contents do not affect other agreements between partner clinics, institutions and users.
3. Letshealth Community and Members Area
3.1. Users have the option to join the Letshealth Community (hereinafter referred to as the “Community”) and/or create a membership account in the Letshealth Member Area. Registered users can actively participate in the development of the platform both by publishing their own content in the Community and by administrative functions. Unregistered users can read Letshealth content for free.
3.2. Users have the option to manage and save reservations through the Letshealth Member Area. To create an account, users are asked for personal information. Except for the username, none of the personal information is visible. For detailed information, please review our Privacy Policy. If the account is deleted, all user data will be permanently deleted.
3.3. A user cannot register multiple times. The user is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of his personal information.
3.4. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of his user account information, especially his password. They are also responsible for the use of their own accounts regarding Letsmed and third parties. The user must not disclose this data to the use of third parties.
3.5. In case of unauthorized use of Letshealth services by using the wrong username and password, the registered user is obliged to notify Letshealth immediately.

5. User Obligations

5.2. Users agree not to use Letshealth for the following purposes:

6. right of termination
6.1. Letshealth may terminate members’ access to the page by giving one week’s notice and delete their registration. Members can also terminate their memberships, provided that they give one week’s notice. The right to terminate without delay due to an important reason is reserved for both parties.
7. Responsibility
7.1. Letshealth is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, safety and credibility of the content published on Letshealth by users or contracted clinic, institution sites. There is no recommendation from Letshealth, especially during the selection of clinics, doctors and similar institution facilities.
7.2. Letshealth is not covered by contractual arrangements, agreements and indictments; These are valid between the Letshealth user and the relevant contractual agreements between the institution.
7.3. Letshealth does not threaten the accuracy and completeness of the content provided by Community members or contracted institution sites. This content is provided by the clinic and institution sites or the Community for publication on the website with the reference of the relevant institution. Letshealth has no influence on this information (especially pictures, videos, comments and opinions). User-generated content and report publication do not affect Letshealth’s opinion. In particular, Letshealth does not claim that this content is its own content.

7.5. Letshealth is not responsible for technical failures, as it is not within its scope of responsibility or for damages caused by force majeure. Letmsedi does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of data and may perform technical maintenance for a freely chosen period.
8. Changing the Terms of Service
During the use of Letshealth, the current “Terms of Service” apply. In case of a change in the “Terms of Service” to registered members, this change will be notified via e-mail. Users can use the current “Terms of Service”, save them on their computers and print them.
